Using these non-stick grilling mats is very easy.
You can use it on the Grill, in the Microwave and Freezer.The thin sheet is meant to completely cover the metal grate in order to provide a flat, stick-proof surface for cooking.
1.Place one mat on the Grill, or use Large size Non-stick Mat for big grill.
2.Both sides of the mat is all Non-stick, just cook the food on the liner.
3.Once the mat is in place, apply food and cook like normal.
4.Try not damage the mat with sharp tools, like knife etc.
5.After Grilling, simply wash it with soap water or Dishwasher, cleaning is easy.
